How to purchase
from
My Custom Gear

Five steps from first enquiry to delivery. If you are buying for a public agency and want to know what the process looks like before you commit, this page is for you.

THE PROCESS

Five steps, start to delivery

01

Send us your requirement
An RFQ, a specification sheet, or just a description of what you need and roughly how many. You can upload solicitation documents and artwork directly through the government quote form — no account required.

02

We prepare a formal quote
Written pricing with product details, decoration method, quantities and lead time, confirmed against contract terms where the contract applies. If a product on your specification is not the best fit, we will say so and propose an alternative.

03

You issue a purchase order
Send a PO or follow your agency's approved purchasing process. Large institutional orders are never pushed through a credit card checkout.

03

We proof the artwork
You receive a digital proof showing decoration placement, size and colours. Nothing goes into production until you have signed it off in writing.

03

Production and delivery
Decoration, quality check, kitting where required, and delivery to the locations you specify. We confirm delivery dates at quote stage and tell you promptly if anything changes.
